THE OPPORTUNITY:
Launch New Seasons Market’s first evergreen brand platform while reframing higher prices as an investment in quality, community, and local producers.

THE IDEA:
Create the Brand Promise Matrix, anchored by “Eat Good. Do Good.”, a flexible system designed to shift seasonal focus while maintaining one consistent brand voice.

MY ROLE:
I co-developed the framework and led creative concepting and art direction, building a durable brand system with a small, highly collaborative team.
