THE OPPORTUNITY:
Simplify and modernize New Seasons Market’s loyalty program to better reflect the brand and improve customer and staff engagement.
THE IDEA:
Clarify the program through updated messaging, a refreshed logo, and a modular visual system supported by a custom icon set.

I co-led the messaging strategy and led all creative direction and design execution, including the logo refresh, icon system, and style guide.
