THE OPPORTUNITY:
Create the brand’s first fully omnichannel holiday campaign—uniting in-store, digital, and paid media into one cohesive customer experience. The goal was to strengthen brand connection and drive engagement across every touchpoint, from reservations and promotions to storytelling and sales.

THE IDEA:
Develop a unified creative strategy that delivers a seamless journey across platforms. The campaign extended from in-store signage and paid media to digital content and storytelling, all under one cohesive visual system.

MY ROLE:
I led the creative concept and art direction from strategy through execution, guiding the team in producing photography, video, and campaign assets that connected every channel under one narrative. The result was one of the brand’s most successful holiday seasons, achieving double-digit gains in engagement and sales year over year.
