NEIGHBOR REWARDS LOYALTY REBRAND
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Refresh New Seasons Market’s loyalty program to reflect the brand’s values better and simplify the customer experience. The existing program felt overly complex, visually dated, and lacked clear messaging, creating missed opportunities to engage customers and empower staff to promote it effectively.
THE IDEA:
Redefine the program’s messaging and visual identity to make it simple, modern, and easy to understand. The updated Neighbor Rewards system featured distinct modules for each benefit, a refreshed logo, and a custom icon set designed for digital and in-store use.
MY ROLE:
I co-led the development of the program’s messaging modules and led all creative direction and design execution. I modernized the logo, designed a custom icon system, and built a comprehensive style guide and asset library to ensure brand consistency. To support staff, I also created in-store training materials that helped team members confidently communicate the program’s benefits.
